The Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District, Senator Andy Uba has described the news of the demise of a former Biafran leader as well as Secretary of Ohanaeze NdiIgbo, Colonel Joe Achuzia as painful and a blow to the Igbo nation and Nigeria.

Uba made this known in a press statement released by his media office this morning.

Uba described Achuzia as an elder Statesman and a selfless leader who laid down his life for the survival of the Igbo nation.
