Visionscape aka Cleaner Lagos may eventually be the biggest openly seen money laundering scheme in the last decade.

If you check their website every page is an exact copy of the previous page only reworded and they use plenty big words that sound good but have no meaning in what they claim they do.

They also claim they have done recycling interventions in South America and other nations, but have no proof anywhere, no photos of their work in any other countries even though they are a 'world reknowned firm'

They have a board of directors, I've checked, each of them is on Linkedin and not one of the of them mentions Visionscape anywhere. The only Nigerian on the board is Niyi Makanjuola , the pointman of the promoters

Every single photograph and image used on their website is a stock image. Every video they have put out are stock videos and no visionscape logos are visable anywhere

Check the visonscape page on YouTube, every single picture is in Nigeria or animation, but according to them, they are an international company

There is no track record of them anywhere, doing any 'work' before Lagos State. The only other place they can be found is a so-called head office in Dubai

How did a company with no track record, land a state wide contract like Lagos State? How did become the sole clean up company in Lagos state?

How did they not only get their name put in our environmental law? But how did they also raise 50BN & have it guaranteed by LASG?

The entity known as Visionscape bought two British manufacturing companies in September 2017. Prior to then, it had little to no presence in the manufacturing or environmental scene. That is the long and short of it. All this information is available on the internet.

Visionscape was founded in September. It went through 5 name changes in 10 days. All the companies it acquired on its website minus one were founded in a similar time frame.

Visionscape raised a N50bn bond in the capital market and got Lagos State to guarantee it. That's apart from having a law that expressly includes its name.

In lay man terms this means that should visionscape default in making payments or become bankrupt , Lagos state guarantees to pay the interest & principal payments back.

Guess which/whose money Lagos state uses to bail out Visionscape?

Your TAXES!
