Ofcourse, the value of Any land increases and continue to increase from the first year of it Aqquisition.

I paid 700K for 2 plots of land some were in 2014, now i have people asking to pay me 3 Millions for the 2 plots. that's what my caretaker tells me Anyway.

I hope it goes well for you eventually 1 million isn't a small Amount. i thought it's like a mortgage Thing, like the houses has Already been built and they are selling on a mortgage terms

They have already built houses at the phase 1 whoch were going for between 12 to 15 million as at 2016,2bedroom bungalow,but despite that I could not afford it then,I still didn't like them because there small and didn't have enough parking space.
