Can someone tell this Buhari's minister of herdsmen that cattle rearing or animal husbandry is as a private business as fishermen on the banks of rivers.
It is really getting no longer funny, the question begging for answers, is agriculture all about cattle rearing, I hardly see proactive measures at protecting arable farmers. What of the fishermen, are they not part of farming, what policies have been put in place for their improved out put?
How can cattle rearers be emboldened to carry assault riffles, while the heat is always on the land cultivators to surrender their inheritance for grazing or die.
