The police have arrested Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, who was accused of leading thugs to steal the mace at the senate. He was whisked away in a waiting police van. Okoroawusa: Naah. Omo-agege was seated all through the drama. He only came in with them and went quietly to his seat without making noise or joining the thugs. They left without him. |

Okoroawusa: Sir, the person that ran with the mace wasn't Omo-agege. Omo-agege was putting on a suit while that unnamed person was wearing a native attire. Watch the complete video, at the end the picture zoomed on Omo-agege seated calmly even after the mace was carted away. |
