Well, I am In love with someone I have never met. I have seen loads of her pixs and she's seen mine. We chat on line most times and I see her thru d webcam. We have lots of mutual friends who have assured both parties we are sure to get on like a house on fire. I know she ain't no cripple, we have talked quite extensively but haven't met physically, so if this butterflies I feel in my stomach isn't love then pls tell me wat it is? The problem here will be the definition of love. Infatuation, obssession etc are diff shades of love.

I think the word "love" is generally used too easily. But yes, I think its possible to be really attracted to someone without having met them in real life. Sometimes you can really get to know someone over the phone or online in a way that you wouldn't in-person, because people tend to be more inhibited in expressing themselves in person.

Also, sometimes getting to know someone without meeting them, means your opinions about them are not skewed by physical things like their appearance. (BTW everyone deserves love whether "able or disable(d)"). E.g. guys "in love with" fine girls with nothing to offer but fineness, or girls "in love with" guys who look expensive but are mean. Of course, at some point you'd have to meet in person to see if they're the same in person as on the phone/IM.

Then again, the definition of 'Love' is subjective. You can feel anything and call it Love.

Well,i will say yes b/cos my friend is one of those dat have fell in luv thru day way,i even discourage him by telling him that she must be one of those yahoo.but at last it come to pass.yes they have seen and the two families knew thereself now and the male family have collected a list from the brides parent.
