In 2014 when the tenure of the then Governor of Abia state his Excellency Governor T. A Orji was winding down, all he had in mind was how to transfer to a worthy successor based on equity, even distribution of power and spread of economic, social and infrastructural development across the three senatorial zones of the state who will in turn continue the development of Abia state from where he stopped since the development of a state cannot be totally achieved under one administration.

Having fought a very tough battle to rescue the state from those who previously had it as their patrimony and inherited estate and not ready to give it up, those failed politicians equipped themselves with media houses and media contacts with the money and equipment they stole from Abia state government when they were incharge and used it to recruit foot soldiers to fight Governor Orji’s government which they did unsuccessfully till the last day he left office.

That is why those who are abreast of the political history of the state have always remained thankful and in support of Ochendo, while those who felt they are no longer able to control the purse of the state have never forgiven Senator T.A Orji for saving Abia from their evil clutches.
That senator T.A Orji went to the senate was as a result of the brief narrative made above and that was why Abians not only those from Abia Central Senatorial Zone urged him to go to the senate, even bought his nomination form for him in 2015 so as to further protect the state from those wolves whose singular interest is to further deplete the resources of the state to service their greed, the people of Abia central looked at Ochendo’s rich profile having had an unblemished civil service career and came out as one of the most outstanding administrators the then Imo state and by extension Abia state ever produced, they charged him to go and represent them in the red chambers and not to retire with his plethora of experience, being of the knowledge that men like him blessed with wealth of knowledge and administrative excellence with a wider view, contact and conversance with the country is what is needed to move us from where we are to where we desire to be.

Has distinguished senator T.A Orji represented well despite infantile propaganda and sponsored distraction by some piqued elements who is always feeling threatened by his political prowess, sagacity, political stoutness, charisma and acceptability across Abia? the obvious answer is a big YES.

Has he stood up to the challenges of making laws and policies that will develop, improve and protect the lives of his constituents in Abia central senatorial zone? the answer once again is YES, Has senator Orji protected the state despite not being in the government house from the wolves that have been perching around to look for a chance to grab the states treasury back? The answer is a resounding Yes.

For us in Abia central we say Ochendo Global, Utu agba igwe, the father of modern Abia built on equity and even development we your constituents are still need of your service and fatherly protection.

Nigerian Youths are lazy

The same ochendo that couldnt do anything meaningful in abia state, he is so disliked in aba, he was stoned at a time, those behind this, fanning his ego are jobless and lazy!!!
