If IPOB actually wanted to kill Northerners in the East, they wouldn't go to passing vehicles to search for them. IPOB already knows where Northerners live and do business. IPOB already knows where to find Northerners.


Even it is true that IPOB were searching for people to kill, there is no crime in the constitution called "searching for someone to kill". There is only the crime of killing someone.

IPOB still holds its record as an organisation that has never killed anybody.
