Getting PVC is not the issue. A gun in the hands of a monkey is danger to all, but in the hands of a trained security officer it brings peace of mind to all around. Those who have kept the nation captive for donkey years are the very same people campaigning for everyone to get their PVCs. Education and reorientation is the key, not just PVC.
