How often should one urinate?
In general, there is not a specific number of times one should urinate. Usually, a person urinates between six and eight times a day. There are also some factors that affect the frequency of urination, such as fluid intake and what you drink. People who drink more water, for example, usually urinate more often.




Alcohol, coffee and other foods and drinks that irritate the bladder also cause people to urinate more frequently. Furthermore, there are people with a weak bladder who run to the toilet as soon as they feel the slightest urge. Then there are also people who can hold their urine until their bladder almost bursts.
