The Head of Service, Abia State Civil Service, Sir Onyi Wamah has directed that staff attendance be taken today, Wednesday, 30/05/18 personally by the permanent secretaries. He also directed the lists are to be forwarded to his office thereafter. All permanent secretaries are to ensure strict compliance. Ihedioha Okey (PS, BCSSM)
