The electoral acts and INEC recognises only 20 LGA during election. Fashola faction capitalise on this miscalculation from to Tinubu faction.

It is not a miscalculation. The state congresses that they did not say that there are 57 local govts. It is a congress for 20 Local Govt's and 37 LCDA's. The best APC NWC can do is to nullify the 37 LCDA since they acknowledge that the Tinubu faction is the authentic.
Besides, this was the party structure in the Congress that brought in Akande and Oyegun himself.
How come it's now unconstitutional all of a sudden. This is how Lagos has always organised it's State Congresses since 2003 when Tinubu created new LCDA's. What has changed all of a sudden?
Is it the constitution? The electoral act? The Supreme Court decision? APC constitution? Or Oyegun?

Even when allocations are shared, they are shared amongst 20 LGAs and not 57 LCDA. Thus, it is when it gets to Lagos that everything is reshuffled and that's why a state cant allow LGA Autonomy because of the godfatherism involved.

Lagos is allowed to have LCDAs but that's the responsibility of the state, not Federal.

My problem with him us his health and level of sophistication. He only talks about past governments and nothing else. He cannot intelligently discuss his govts policy issues and justify them. Trump is also 70+ but can intelligently defend his policy issues such as taxes and North Korea. Why cant our President do same. A visionless President.
