the so called brother might possibly be a junky. Who will insist on getting daily allowance that will be spent in the bar. And driving round town with choice women. Rather than get a job and to live his life.

I have a relative I wish to invest on. But how can I try that when his interest revolves round: women, drinks, smoking and eating. Give him a billion and it will finish it on those four mentioned.

Life is not easy bt let him try and hustle on his own

Don't judge Nigerians...I know we like to judge like idiotss sometimes. You don't know what the brother did to him. You don't know if he had helped him before. You don't know when their father was alive, this younger brother was doing eye service until the brother left the home to go and hustle. There are many things that may been in the equation that you don't know. People rarely forget their own like that...something may have triggered it!

What does a family owe a son / daughter ?. Is it education, food, clothing etc.

Go and hustle and let him be..He was just a commissioner and you can also be a commissioner and even the governor..so long as he has kids don't worry we are all in this life together and you will be great and his kids will come and beg you for money.
