Most Nigerians suffer from know-it-all and yet know next to nothing. I watched Mexico versus France game and wondered how BLANCO found his way to the football pitch. Blanco can not even play in the league where Kanu hawks his trade. N Kanu and Utaka are much better players than few players that have disgraced Nigeria in this World Cup competition.

Football is not all about sprints but plenty of skills.

1st Quest) He was empolyed to handle the eagles job just like other coaches.
2nd Quest) why won't he accept the job even if the time for the W.C was short? NNF is faulty for that part.
3rd Quest) lagerback was willing to give out his best but the players never played to his expectations.

USA 94 team (that won that year's ACN in Tunis,was tagged the 5th best team and 2nd most entertaining team in the world) had to be our best bunch.In the four matches we played in that year's WC,i make bold to say there was none in which we were played off that park,even in our 2 losses against Argentina and Italy.

How any anyone could place their hope on these present bunch is what is surprising.They are non-passionate and rudderless.Did you listen to Yobo's interview after the Greece's match?And that is supposed to be the leader of a team

I'm not disputing the fact that USA Eagles (1992-94)   were our best ever side.
I'm only saying the game we played against Spain at France 98 was our best ever at the Mundial.
I daresay that team was the deepest in terms of personnel.

Nigeria's Super Eagles will earn $30,000 each if they beat South Korea on Tuesday and qualify for the round of 16 at the 2010 World Cup.

Each player is entitled to $10,000 for a victory in the first round of the World Cup, but none of them have yet gone smiling to the bank as the team is yet to win a game in South Africa.

However, as an additional incentive to the team to beat Korea, the Nigeria Football Federation has promised to pay the team not on a match-to-match basis, but on the basis of qualification for each round of the competition.

The Eagles will earn a further $12,500 per head for victory in the round of 16.


Victory for Nigeria over South Korea in Durban, combined with an expected Argentina win over Greece, will see the Eagles through to the knockout stage of the tournament, despite losing their first two matches.

Give this guys $1million per win, they wont win.
If someone is not self motivated, cash motivation wont achieve a thing.

100% in agreement.
Bora's team gelled well. . . . . . .The passes, incisive runs and the deft touches were great.
Nigeria destroyed Spain completely.

Nothing for Super Eagles morrow. If dem like make dem dey like 14 players, nothing for them oh.

It will be a draw definately, but not a goaless draw, i think 2-2, Nigeria will lead 2-0 in the first 35 mins or so then Korea will put one in before half time, the second half they will equalize for the draw.

Well I dont see any miracle happening in that match,  possibly they might win with just narrow margin but to say something serious is going to happen I seriously doubt it I just wish them goodluck.
