Good evening folks, I am a young guy in my mid twenties. I often self-service myself in order to relieve stress. But I have come to notice some facts about masturbation which I want to air for others to share their experiences and views too.

The first thing I discovered is that any time I get involved in this act, something strange always happen.

What most people fail to understand is that, masturbation is a biological process. By biological process, i mean masturbation is a function of the body.

Each time you masturbate, your brain releases a chemical called dopamine. Now this substance is what triggers your body to feel pleasure and high.
But the bad thing is, the substance does not last for long in the body as it disappears soon after. Then the urge to masturbate comes again.

As you keep on masturbating and getting this pleasure, slowly your brain and body starts getting used to the new order.

The neurons in your brain starts to rewire itself to get more of this pleasure. Your subconscious mind gets retwisted as to wanting this pleasure all the time.
As your system changes, you start craving for that feeling all the time and that is how you become addicted to masturbation.
But be warned the sad thing is, masturbation cycle takes a very short period of time to become addicted to it than when you try to break from it. Peace!

Lol.. The mind is indeed so powerful a tool in the hand of the enlightened.

When you masturbate, at the verge of expuslson, you're emitting energies which if channeled well, can be used for a greater good. You can literally materialise your desires if you can simply master how to channel your energy into doing your bidding. It's like sending the universe a message and getting a response in a giffy.
