You need to jail your secondary school principal. This is no wealth distribution but increment in handout following the battered Naira. It is commonsense to increase salaries and other handouts having bastardized the Naira, making it almost worthless and useless in the International market.
When you're unable to fix the battered Naira, the next temporarily sensible thing is to increase wages, even though your N250,000 now goes for 2000ghc in Ghana.

Btw, NYSC has been paying graduates before you were born, it is not an APC idea or the nonsense distribution you have there.
