have you personally ever seen a mop in nigeria?
Really no. aha kinda true.

We usually use broom and water to clean the floor. Then water to wash it off. Oga o

But since Lagos is so advance, it's hard to believe that a basic home tool like that is not available.

did they make you carry the bucket on your head (tufia!) or did you stylishly carry it in by hand.
Tpia as always, so nosy grin

I carried it the way any normal naija person would.

It was in the compound, the hard part was carrying the bucket upstairs.

You hit the nail on the head!

As for my profession, let's just say that I am a land expert. Everything that happens on land is my specialty.

A little off point question from me: Gators are you a babe of a dude?  grin
Don't "kobojunkie" me please.  cheesy
Ahhh thatz cool. Following your foot step, uncle.

It's alright. It doesn't matter any way. What matters is your mind.

I can understand if there is no mop in Dugbe market. But, the first mop I ever saw was in Nigeria and the first mop I ever used was in Nigerie too.

@topic
I have always feared the island because, there are no flood defences and the sea breaches the shores annually. . . One day monkey go go market e no go return. cry

undecided When was the last time you were in Nigeria? I hope it's over 20 years, cos all my life the mop stood right by the OMO in the market. . .

Or maybe you were not looking to buy one. I'm pretty sure you'll get a mop in any Nigerian market if you asked for it, especially Ikeja.

Lagos is always flooded when it rains. It's not only VI, and Ikoyi but all over Lagos-upland and lowland. This is basically because of poor urban planning, poor drainage and poor environmental condition. Big shame on Fashola. All the noise about his performance and building a new Lagos. It's a big JOKE. Lagos is gradually sinking and this guy and his idiotic supporters are busy making nois in the media and on line. God help us
