Emmanuel Etim is a 38 years old Nigerian born to Chief Ishie Henry Etim and late Mrs. Veronica Afakhame Etim on Easter Sunday, April 6, 1980 in Lagos Nigeria.

Emmanuel Etim is founder of the Pan African Center for Social Development and Accountability and Chairman/Group CEO of Cush Africa Business and Investment Groups Plc based in Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa and Ethiopia. His clients include the African Union and the World Bank-Africa Region. His specialty is impact investment modeling.

Before deciding to run for the office of President Federal Republic of Nigeria, Emmanuel had contributed directly to global development discourse, actions and financing efforts working for the United Nations, African Union, National and regional Governmental programs and efforts, as an entrepreneur, travelling extensively around the world from Australia, to Latin America, the USA, Europe and more than 60% of African countries. He is a highly sought after resource person on harnessing domestic resources-human and finance- for development in transformatory leadership and good governance, evidence based public policy, profitable enterprise and entrepreneurship and institutional capacity building.
He has served as a Member of the Commonwealth Advisory Panel for the Youth Development Index 2016; the World Health Organization Global Panel on Governance for Health (2016); He was a Thematic Working Group member for the Alliance for Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA), He is a Mentor/Partner for the Morocco based BMCE Bank of Africa US $1m Youth Entrepreneurship Awards; He was a Member of the African Union Commission- Private Sector Platform for promoting AgroIndustry and Agribusiness development in Africa.
In December 2013, he was Inducted Fellow of the US Government Department of State Leadership Exchange Program on Young African Entrepreneurship Leaders and has received numerous awards including the President Federal Republic of Nigeria endowed Guardian of the Future of Africa (2013) and multiple time winner of the Future Africa Awards for Best Use of Advocacy (2009) and Best Use of Public Office (2011).
Aspirant Etim holds a degree in Sociology, Masters degree in Medical Sociology, MBA and LLM International Business Law and is a PhD candidate in Law and Public Policy.

At national level Emmanuel Etim has consulted on the ‘road show’ promotion for the Nigerian Gas Master Plan and has served on several Nigerian National government policy-making processes including the Presidential Technical Committee on the Niger Delta (2008) as a Resource person, he served on the The Federal Ministry of Health- National Working Group on Adolescent Health (2001-2003) initially chaired by late Prof Olukoye Ransome-Kuti, who was a fmr Minister of Health and he served on the Presidential National Committee for the maiden International Year of Volunteers (2001) as Secretary. The Committee was chaired by late Prof Adebayo Adedeji CFR who had retired as Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa amongst numerous others. To date 

Etim has served a combination of 20 years of High–level engagement at the United Nations from Addis Ababa, Geneva and New York, with International Development Organizations; World Bank, African Region and the Africa Development Bank and he was also a member of the UN Population Fund, Executive Director Global NGO Advisory Committee (1998) and Pioneer member of the Youth Advisory Panel (2004).

PROGRAM MANAGER AT AFRICAN UNION.
Aspirant Etim has served a combination of five years at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Office to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) and the African Union Commission (AUC) as Youth Specialist and later at the African Union Commission as a Senior Program Implementation and Partnership Advisor where he primarily was responsible for the conceptualization and operationalization of the African Union Youth Volunteers Corps (AUYVC) and was active in shaping the youth component of the AUC Strategic Plan 2014 to 2017 and an inter- departmental working group on youth within the AUC; the Vision 2063 Strategy of the African Union; raising millions of dollars in support of the AUC Youth Programme; the Joint Youth Employment Initiative (JYEI) with the Africa Development Bank, ILO and UNECA including supporting the youth analysis framework of the UN-AUC Ten Year Capacity building programme and Regional Coordinating Mechanism (RCM).

Very impressive CV, this is what I call global experience. I wish he can be giving a chance somewhere at the helm of affairs even if he doesnt win. We need ppl like this.
