Following the announcement of National Carrier, Nigeria Air months ago, in London by State Aviation Minister, Senator Hadi Sirika, which has caused mixed reaction among Nigerians.

The Federal Government has suspended the National Carrier, Nigeria Air, procurement indefinitely. The Minister of State Aviation, Senator Hadi Sirika disclosed this on Wednesday in Abuja while briefing newsmen.

He said the federal government took the decision to suspend the procurement of Nigeria Air at the federal executive council meeting. Sirika didn’t give any specific reasons for the suspension.

The name, logo and colour was lack of creativity. The Slogan as you can see below has already been used by Nigeria Export Import Bank.

They told us its going to be a private sector affairs without government intervention but they went ahead to negotiate for Aircraft.

They wanted another Airline to manage it hmmmmm. My poser, would you give your wife to a competitor to perform a birth for you? Certainly not, a successful Nigeria Air is a threat to all incumbent national airlines of other countries that are also their pride.

Who Knows one of the reasons why the suspended it maybe because of lack of investors.

Why cant we get things right in Nigeria... PDP and APC are useless.. Since 1999 to 2015 PDP was nothing to write about and now will switched to APC it even getting worst.. I wish we can try another set of people as our ruler in Nigeria.
