SO UNFORTUNATE. on how they have reduced Governance to money transaction. now this high chief or Oba will not be able to ask for road construction because he has been bribed with Money. and its same PDP that has made Money transaction a norm are the ones Some individuals want Nigerians to vote for, so Pathetic.
