I don't really like debating this Apc and Pdp issues but this one irked me. Every living being knew that it was introduced by Jonathan and just like most of his (Jonathan ) policies, he never had the balls to implement them as pmb is doing and that was why I personally had problems with that Jonathan administration. Corruption eventually finished that administration and they were even not hiding it.

Some dumb heads here. Jonathan implemented BVN 100%. The directive was given by CBN in 2014 and process began in 2015.
