Oni was never a governor of any state.

He was illegally sweared-in after illegally declared winner. The courts have since said so.

Stop calling Segun Oni a former governor. He still have the rights to serve 2 terms if ever elected.

Truly Oni is living up to Dejo which many people are calling him..he refused to play the role of a statesman..he ruled Ekiti by mistake during Obj's tenure. Akerele won PDP primary election but they overule the man and gave his mandate to Oni because of Fayose.

On What basis was the case dismissed? He contested for primaries while still holding the Minister's position which is illegal in the constitution. Now in the future you would want to witch hunt civil servants that are contesting elections from their jobs in their hometown.
