Delivering judgement, alll the judges concurred that INEC has no power to disqualify him for the election.

What do you say to this? Victory for Democracy or the triumph of corruption?

And considering that it will be very difficult for him to win the election alone, wouldn't it be appropriate for him to teem up with Major General, sorry Alhaji Muhammadu Buhari to checkmate the almighty PDP.

i think its a victory for democracy, i must say am very impressed with the judiciary that for once they are rising up to the occasion of defending the rights of the Nigerian people.what is the PDP afraid off, let them allow the man to contest and see and allow the masses decide who it will be.after all judging from the electoral results announced so it is obvious that the PDP have succeeded in in staying in power amidst stories of rigging and violence.God save Nigeria from these killers and corrupt politicians.

And what happens if INEC refuse to apply that rulling? Even if they did, do you think Atiku can win the Election when OBJ is there? Even if you ciontest and won, obj will rigg the election and give it to his boy yaradua,Atiku can only be going to court after that, and at the end EFC will just catch him up, end of story
