It is well known that this Buhari's govt rely on propaganda and lies at the expense of the welfare and well-being of Nigerians but no one expected that he would take it this far. Under paragraph 18(e) of the 2019 Budget Appropriate Bill presentation, President Buhari alleged that Ogwashi-Uku Dam Project, Delta State has been completed and commissioned but it's not true as this report has revealed.
