there is no justifiable reason for that, if a man who stole 500 Naira because of hunger will be cooling of in prison why will a public/civil servant who stole billions out of greed be pardoned.
Is this how China, USA etc survived and sustained growth?

Abeg help us tell that idiot

Most people will just jump on condemnation instead of trying to understand the whole reasons behind such decisions.
Buhari has made so many bright minds shallow in thoughts in this country.

It is your mind that is shallow to even contemplate such a stupid thing. Have your heard any where in the world or history where amnesty is given to thieves (even before they are convicted )? It is your hypocritical type that would mete out jungle justice to phone thieves but defend government thieves with your life.

This suggestion confirms the suspicion that Atiku is corruption personified.

And Buhari is granting amnesty to boko Haram members

Releasing some of their leaders back and even giving them fund.

Tell serap abi seraphim to shut up

At least Boko Haram (and Niger Delta militants) have a cause they are fighting for (justifiably or otherwise ). What cause are looters fighting for to justify amnesty?

Is your brain paining you? Who is justifying actions of Boko Haram? I said they are fighting for a cause, whether justified or not. The subject matter is a cause . I asked which cause are looters fight for to ask for amnesty?

This is what I have been advocating for even as an individual, if elected president today, i will grant this people (looters) amnesty, ensure the money is return perhaps used in investment, give them time frame to comply, then close up the loop holes. Very simple.
You cannot be chasing people in the name of fighting corruption, while in your bosom are master looters.

To me as individual, this is the best method.

How will you identify looters? Will they be wearing tags on their forehead?

How will you ensure money is returned without going through the courts?

How will you close loopholes and ensure government officials will comply with the laws closing those loopholes

Do you know how much a Senator earns in Nigeria?
Dino is not a Governor, he's just a flexing Senator with a swag. A lot of people envy him for that rather than trying to step up their game and be successful.

You're more shallow in thought if you think this is right. No matter what good intentions, it is criminal to steal someone's money not to talk of public money.

No leave them, until they steal their salaries for months and get amnesty for it, they'll understand.

Wait ooo, you really believe you are going to be part of the global economy? Abi you are dreaming? Ok, what are you going to sell in the global market place?

Global economy means countries trading big with each other and reciprocating each other's trade. What exactly is Atiku going to create or manufacture that you are going to sell?

So you want to wish away tribalism abi? Get some sense. Anybody who tells you that he lives in a society where there is no discrimination or tribal thinking is lying. I am a Yoruba man, you are Igbo those are PRIMARY facts. Yorubas do not live in Igboland but Igbos prefer to live in Yoruba land - again primary facts. We have to work at reducing the IMPACT of tribalism on the general society. Igbos are queuing behind Atiku principally because of OBi.

Look at our country yourself with critical eyes! The only hope we have of survival is Agriculture and agricultural outputs. That's the only way into a portion of the global economy, we don't have anything else.
Last time i checked japan does not have any serious national resource
Their military is not what it used to be yet japan is a first world country with a huge say in world economy
China, dubai, brazil and singapore are also nations that came from nothing to something so pigeonholing ur country to agriculture is naivety at best
About igbos queing behind obi simply cause he's igbo has to be the biggest joke i've heard this year.
Weren't the lagos ibadan media spreading the news of how IGBO govs were rejecting obi?
Again like i have said many times on NL,the percentage of igbos u see in lagos represent just a fraction of igbos in the whole world(a very small fraction at that)
Anyway since u said igbos should not leave then that means that they are citizens and should enjoy every right available to citizens of nigeria
Cuz if we are to go by ur logic ohio and dakota ppl should not move to new york or liverpool folk should not move to london

No one is saying igbos should not leave. Igbos leaving should not depend on other tribes but igbos themselves. The problem is that igbos has not made any practical moves to move besides some unknown miscreats abusing and shouting on radio and social media. Another problem is that these igbos want to move with other Nigerian tribes by force.

They made no practical moves yet the army turned the east to a blood pool during op python dance?
Biafra will come as long as this current structure remains
Other tribes?u mean the SS?
I dont know if u've noticed but igbos have oil in their lands and also have brothers in the SS zone
Cuz i'm sure ndigbo have never asked yorubas or hausas to join them

It worked in Turkey and Russia

Do you prefer them to join APC (Akpabio, Orji Uzor etc) and keep the money they looted?
