Remember Joseph was not caught when Potiphar's Wife secretly asked for sex, if Joseph had agree then he would have sinned even if not caught.

David was legally married Bathsheba because her husband was dead already but God saw it as sin before then(marriage) because David desired her while her husband was alive and also the actions David took were as a result of his covetousness which made him kill her husband.
After David punishment by God for his covetousness in which he lost four children and his reputation , David was not told to keep away Bathsheba because God forgave him and blessed the marriage. Solomon was a legitimate and Blessed child of their marriage.
