I wonder why it's so difficult to pull any govt activities without issues especially when it involves payment for simple services rendered.some ad-hoc staff claimed that for 2015 elections they are yet to be paid till date and someone pocketed their money!! Same goes for all these polio vaccinators and enumerator ,senior officials will eat there money to a meagre #3000 and some one at d LGA will still syphon that small change.atimes we blame our leaders we d citizenry we are evil personified.
