At your age it will surely be a distraction. Just focus on studies for now..then maybe in your final year you can decide to enter a relationship that will be fruitful.

Even if you graduate with first class, you'll def regret not smashing in school.

yes, I know. I'm talking of the sexual urge which is exasperating. I'm tired of using my right hand, but then again, I must continue living like that.

I know people who didn't have bfs/gfs in school but still came out with 2nd class upper/lower.
Don't just engage in close relationship shaa.

Brother... when you hit another 4point higher than you current cgpa , then you can now know your capacity and chances of getting a first class, and probably consider some side distractions like gfs... for now, I'd advice you focus on making good grades. This small 4point u got in 100lvl is shacking u. Many started well like u, but they relented and they are now on 2.2&3rd class, facing regrets... Whatever you do, don't drop...

Sincerely, there is no correlation between sexual relationships and poor academic performance. You just have to set your priorities right. On the other hand, being sexually starved can lead to poor academic performance.
The best graduating guy in my class is a bad guy. He used his academic performance to fuvk all the girls in my department and outside the department. In short, the only lady I know he didn't sleep with is the VC's wife.

It all balls down to you,can u cope with the distraction of having a gf?and the kind of girl u will roll with is another factor too.

Why I said it all balls down to you is the fact that u know your self more than we do and talking about performing well academically,I know of some persons that performed well and graduated with good grades while in School all they did was they discovered what works for them and what doesn't.u see those guys am talking of had girlfriends,they had lots of fun,they attended parties but all those things didn't get them distracted from achieving their goals in school why? because they understood their selves and they knew when to be serious with thier academics and when to party I know some people will say how's that possible? well it is very possible to be in a relationship and still graduate with your desired grade one just have to understand what works and doesn't work for him/her

There was a girl in my class then, she was the very quiet type and she was also dating one very cool dude also but funny enough they were both taking this cough syrup that's gets people very high and also smoking weed. Not like they do it in public, if you are not close to them you will never know. Now guess what, it was in our final year I got to know that this highry babe is on a very strong first class and all she was fighting for was just to get the award of best graduating student in our department because they were like 3 or 4 other people with a first class as well. Mind you, it was a professional course as well.

In unilorin 200l engineering is difficult, which I believe it will be so in some schools....In 100L u did more or less of science courses which are phy,chm, math, csc and sta and most(not all) of the things u did in those courses had been taught in secondary school. So 200l u guys will do more of engineering courses like thermodynamics and so.. So 200l in engineering no be child play.
You don't need to study like a madman, attend classes and familiarize urself with past question and have a friend that is a year senior in ur department, he's d one that will be putting u through. Goodluck
