He won't get a loan move in England. He would probably have to go to spain like Vela. So no homegrown talent there. He is 18 next year.

Just a quick question. Has the CB pairing of Kosileyin and Squilla kept a clean sheet this season since the Braga game? the only problem we are facin in the defence is that the two CBs are entirely new to the league and have never played to gether b4. Personally i like sqills and Kos but somethin has to giv for the fact that they are new. Hopefully verm will return b4 UCL Knockout stage. but what we have is good enough for the EPL,afterall they hav bn our backline so far and we arent second behind anyone on the table.

I've never thought i'd say this, but then we need Johan Djourou as he has more physical presence than Kos and Squilla. Perhaps, a pairing of Squilla and Djourou would be most suitable for monday's game against manure.

The fact is, there is no league in the world where you'll bring in two CBs fresh to a league and pair them together without having issues.

While questions have arisen over their suitability as a pairing, only a riverine doofus will come here querying the performance of a rookie and a fourth choice CB who were never intended to be the first choice pairing.

Whose the 4th choice CB? I'm sure that's Djorous remit.

At least one of Squill and Kos are pencilled into the first 11. Once again, Wenger has dropped a bosom with these two nincompoops.

Squillaci is the fourth choice CB - the only reason DJ is not playing as regularly is because he's had a full year out without football, so you can't throw him in the deep end.

The only guaranteed starter was TV, so the 'best' partner for him has not been determined.

To close the argument, if such a 'shaite' defensive pairing has gotten Arsenal to the top of the table in December, they have done OK. The issue is that previous Arsenal defenders joining have had above average debut seasons, leading to Kos and Squills being examined against that standard.

Actually Wenger sees Squillaci as first choice for the near term with Kos taking over in the medium to long term.
