This is embarrassingly flawed!

Did Onnoghen declare his assets in 2016 according to the guidelines which state that an official when informed of noncompliance is allowed to fulfil compliance?

Yes

Did the Code of Conduct Bureau verify Onnoghen's declaration?

No, the evidence abundantly states that they indeed have not.

How do you then try a man for non declaration of assets that have not been verified? (whether what he declared is his or whether he has property which he did not declare in the forms)

In dismissing the no case submission the tribunal has graciously shown the world that it is compromised.

How do the Judges ASSUME contrary to evidence presented before the tribunal, that the non verification is due to break down in internal communication. (judges are NEVER expected to assume)

Did any of the witnesses state that the verification was complete?

No.

Did any of the witnesses state the this was due to breakdown in internal communication?

No.

How did the tribunal reach this determination that was not sought? Do they work with the investigators?

For every single name you have heard the All Progressives Congress - APC accuse of corruption, they have sent someone behind to broker a deal with the accused person and offer them political solutions

AVM Alex Badeh refused the offer and they killed him

They had hoped CJN #Onnoghen would accept and also plead for a political solution but he stood his grounds and cleared himself

There’s another high profile politician that they have dangled the offer to his face knowing that they don’t have any case against him and he has refused.

Their next plot is to kill him if they can’t get the court to convict him on false charges

But they will fail as usual!!!!
Going by this your conspiracy theory, Late NSA Azazzi rejected the offer denounce his claim that PDP is behind Boko Haram hence Jonathan's govt killed him in a helicopter "accident"

The detractors are always hell bent on character assassination and unnecessary persecution of their scapegoat, even in the face of apparent legal and moral justification to desist.

In fact the CCB witness said its standard procedure and there is nothing new about non verifying of assets cause it has stages of which verification is done...

yinka10:
The Code of Conduct Tribunal has dismissed a no-case application brought by the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen.

Mr Onnoghen had earlier on Friday dismissed charges of false asset declaration against him as “useless and invalid”, saying the Code of Conduct Bureau failed to follow its standard operations procedure in raising the charges.

He therefore argued that he had no case to answer, implying the charges be dismissed.

But a three-member panel of the tribunal led by Danladi Umar dismissed the application, saying the argument that the CCB, which is the prosecution, failed to abide by its guidelines amounted to a mere internal communication flaw.

Mr Umar said the standard operational procedure of the bureau was faulty and must not be complied with by the prosecution.
According to the tribunal, the procedure which is internal, cannot above the Nigerian constitution.

The tribunal adjourned immediately after the ruling.

There is an uproar in the court room at Jabi, Abuja, currently, as lawyers from both sides confront each other over the decision of the tribunal to adjourn till Monday.

My brother, there are no Judges at CCT, they are simply panel members, with a chairman, appointed by the FG to do the bidding of the Executive Government.

Umar is no Judge!

The arraignment is flawed abinitio.
