A man identifies as Vincent Kaior has embarked on a journey to makurdi to congratulate the Governor of Benue State Samuel Ortom for his victory. Vincent who from Vandeikya community close to Cross River, said he will trek from his home town to the Government house if Samuel Ortom wins the election in the state.
