The constitution stipulates that Nigeria is an indivisible and indissoluble entity...

To attempt to do this would be undermine the constitution which is treasonable...

The truth is that Nigeria Nation out of her own volition whittled down and surrendered part of its soverenty which enables any part or section thereof to secede when they decide. And i will explain.
There is no doudt that the president has powers to enter into treaties with foreign nations. Section 12 of the ammended 1999 constitution has laid down the procedure for the domestication of such treaties as a condition precedent to their activation into law in Nigeria.
Article 20 of the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Right most lucidly proclaims in clear language that:
“All peoples shall have the right to existence. They shall have the unquestionable and inalienable right to self-determination. They shall freely determine their political status and shall pursue their economic and social development according to the policy they have freely chosen.”

Nigerian parliament has entrenched the said African charter on Human and peoples right as part of the corpus juris of the country by way of domestication in compliance with the dictates of Section 12.
Domestic laws cannot be allowed to constitute a drag on the operation of foreign laws under which
a state party has undertaken to fulfill its international obligations

What is this one saying

If you can't follow our leader when the battle getting tough, please step aside let the real men fight for Biafra freedom. We are to sycophantic our enemies. Your works will be tested with fire.

Cue4rm:
Brother, u too sabi but hate wouldn't allow you to achieve nothing.

Let go of hate and you will see meaningful progress.
We are all tired of the zoo, but where you promise to take us to is already infested with hatred, ego and selfishness.
Until you address these, you are merely making noise.

This argument of yours will be derided with scorn by any constitutional lawyer reading it. No foreign treaty entered into can take precedence over the Nigerian constitution. None

Kanu said since una wan spill blood that we are out of Nija.
Una send Army to fight unarmed man.

It's Obvious that Nigeria fears Biafra.

If not why send in the Army to murder people who say they have had enough of your blood shed?

Only a brave man will stand his ground.

It's cowardice that scares many when they hear Biafra is leaving.

LETS FACE IT NIGERIA CANNOT DO WITHOUT BIAFRA!

Do you think you have sense?? To me, anybody that sees himself/herself as a proud nigerian is nothing but a M00.r0n.

A country where nothing works and human lives has no value and you dare open your mouth to call Kanu followers idiots??
If someone ask you what is kanu's offence, what will you tell the person??

That's not for Kanu, you or I to decide but a judge. The state has made its accusation that needs to be proven in a court of law. Kanu has a more serious problem on his hands as he has jumped bail

It will be very interesting to know how an unarmed Nnamdi Kanu intimidated Buhari who is commander in chief of over 100,000 armed force.

Kanu jumped bail to save his life when the government sent Soldiers to kill him, dead people don't go to court

I am not a lawyer but i research a lot. Do you remember the case of bakassi penissula?.
The argument put up by the Government of Nigeria to the effect that Bakassi Peninsula could not be yielded up to Cameroun on the principal ground that section 12 of the Nigerian Constitution would need to be complied with so as to effectively delete Bakassi as a Local Government by way of Constitutional amendment was roundly rejected by the International Court of Justice.
In fact, in a later 2012 case of Attorney-General of Cross-Rivers State vs. Attorney-General of the Federation and Anor, the Supreme Court (SC.250/2009) , speaking through Rhodes-Vivour, J.S.C., was more punchy when it eloquently declared with a tone of finality that;
“This Court has no jurisdiction to decide ownership of oil wells located on oil-rich
Bakasi Peninsula for the simple reason that Bakasi Peninsula is foreign territory. It is Cameroun land. Supreme Court jurisdiction is restricted to Nigeria land.”
What i am trying to say is that though the Nigerian state is sovereign over all its affairs, its [Nigerian] accession to the African Charter on Human and Peoples Right by its [Nigerian] domestication of the said Charter has effectively watered down the indivisible and indissoluble portion of our Constitution.

Hush...

The UN charter is not supreme to our constitution. We can even back out from the UN if we like...

The right to self determination was not included in the UN charter to be misused by PIGs.

What Catalonia is doing is also self determination and is subject to the constitution of Spain..

Not misbehaving and threatening everyone up and down.

If Nigeria had wanted it could have reneged on the agreement to abide by the court ruling on that matter as there would have been no way to enforce it. Under international law, enforcing treaties is based on consent. This means that no sovereign state is compelled to abide by any agreement entered into with another entity. The clause for self determination in the UN charter is not not an absolute one but merely one of principle, in other words the UN in principle acknowledges the right of peoples to self determination but in practice rarely permits the exercising of that right. So no the peoples of the so called Biafra have to legal right under international law to demand their own state. The international community will not even look their way

Nnamdi Kanu in a new tweet alleged that his bail revocation, exposed Justice Binta Nyako as ignorant of the law she sits upon and also passes judgement with.

Reacting to his bail revocation in a tweet on Tuesday, the IPOB leader said the Nigerian constitution prohibits trial and conviction of anybody for “offence not written down.” Nnamdi Kanu who maintained that secession was not written down as an offence in Nigeria hence he can’t be convicted, stated that his bail revocation exposed Justice Binta Nyako as ignorant.

Citing Section 36 sub-section 12 of the Nigerian constitution, he tweeted; “Section 36 sub-section 12 of the Nigerian Constitution PROHIBITS trial and conviction of anybody in a Nigerian court of any offence not written down. Secession or self-determination is not written down as an offence in Nigeria. Binta Nyako is ignorant of the law.”
