Why does INEC want to waste money,,,Wike scored 886,000 votes to defeat Rotimi Amaechi who scored 175,000 votes, the margin of defeat is over 700,000 votes so what good will 200,000 votes do to Amaechi even if Wike decides to dash him all the supplementary election votes ??
