OP, please we are not in examination hall to answer compare and contrast . This is Buhari administration. Jonathan left the trone for him to govern.....Buhari is a failure period....you can not give what you don't have...if you think education is expensive try ignorance...we thought Jonathan was expensive .....we decided to try ignorance....Buhari is a bad market, no remedy, let's accept what we can not change.
