I need to make Egusi Soup and pounded yam for guests i'm having over the weekend but wld like for it to taste just like it would if i were back home. I'm going to the African store here tomorrow, what can i get and how do i make the soup.
mind you, the ingredients I'm buying is all imported and there is no fresh nigerian ingredients in this yeye country.
Tell me what to look for in the store and buy and then give me directions please!
