This was Lagos when real owners of Lagos were in majority and in control. Awori and descendants of Idu ( Igbos and Edo with Igbo blood...not Edo with yoruba blood destroying Edo people). Oba of Lagos should tell yorubas the real truth about the true owners of Lagos and why the tradition of Oba of Lagos is exactly as that Obi of Onitsha....same dressing and tradition. Test the blood of of real Lagos owners, I promise 100%, their DNA is different from Yorubas, but same as Igbos. Igbos you know today once lived in places like Ijebu-Igbo, Igbo- Ora, Igbo-Olu, hundreds of communities in Yorubaland. Lagos was destroyed when Yorubas started trooping in from Ondo, Osun, Ogun and Oyo.

You developers are here again. Always claiming good things..

I wonder when Ijebu-igbo (ijebu inside the bush) becomes ijebu-igbo (Igbo's ijebu).

Yoruba adage says that anyone that lies is bound to steal

This was when Lagos was a clean, calm, serene, less populated and delightable city to be.See how Broad Street and CMS cathedral look like then.

The Marina was very close then. cheesy A lots of land filling must had happened to get the Eko Bridge. What a unique transformation. The Lagos I know since 1983 is more nice looking than the one of today.

Lagos before foreign oil income. Before they trooped and still trooping to Lagos to overwhelm infrastructure and decent way of life.

Now you know what "sheetie" places they come from and why they project that on all of us.

It was when we had Keep Lagos Clean!
