If you are caught in that USA flood at least you know the roads are good, the bad roads in Nigeria makes our flooding experiences hell. You get caught in flood here you become confused, you don't even know where the drainage is, you don't know where port holes are because everything is just hell. Great guy, seeing the positives in things.

These floods aren't much compared to others in recent times and Emergency Management & Response is top-notch here.

I see or go through stuff like these here(rarely) and thank God I'm not in Nigeria having the same RCL experience because I might be dead.

:PIgnorance as epitomised by kolaaderin is really a disease in this country.

The story clearly shows that this was an unusual flooding situation because more rain (4 inches of rain) fell in Washington DC in just a few hours than normally would have fallen in 2 months. That was the actual cause of the flooding and that could happen anywhere and that is why it is called "flash flooding" my dear dimwit.

You can't compare this scenario to Victoria Island or Lagos Island where the flooding happens everytime regardless of how much or how little the rainfall is.

That's a village road with no side gutters.

We won't take this..

It's not inside town.

Again, no refuse, pure water polythene and take away packs inside the water. Ajegunle people will drink that water sef.
