Patience is being calm while waiting for something. To persevere during hardship, hoping for the light at the end of the tunnel. Naturally, at poignant time fear sets in, anger is constant. You develop mood swings very easily within the hour hand. Everything is needed to go back to normal almost quickly, but the good part of it is; times like this is a test of patience and believe in oneself.

There are a million and one situation that could makes one loose patience. It can be from family, friends, job, bus station, store, gathering, a while lot of places. Different situations takes in different attitude, but what allows you make the right decision? PATIENCE. The mind works at its best when calm as a lot of human has made countless mistakes when angry or impatient. You have an appointment to meet and while rushing over, you get knocked over by another person who is rushing to another destination. If you are not patient enough, a fight could start or probably exchange of insulting words. You lose control of the time you were trying to beat in the first place. Anything could happen while the rancor is going on and you really do not want to be seen in that state.

HOW DO YOU KEEP YOUR COOL AND BE PATIENT
