Ladies and gentlemen, let's return to Anambra once again, ebe ife oma n' eme grin 

We have arrived Anambra to build a new design as usual, we have agreed terms with our clients to commence the construction of this new modern style abode, very suitable for young and upwardly mobile families.

The details of the project are as follows; 

Project : A new construction of a 5 bedroom modern duplex
Client : A nairalander
Location : Anambra state
Contractors : TigerKenn Homes 
Project duration : 120 days
Budget for construction stage only : 13m

This project is billed to commence on the 1st day of November this year, but my men are already converging here give the house our usual touch of class.

Welcome bro, I always love to take houses in two stages, the carcass first and the finish as the second stage. I am doing complete finish works in 3 new buildings now.

True. It only happens in a few sites. I have finished over 10 buildings online here if my memory serves me right.

We started clearing this site of vegetation today, levelling out the land so we can start stocking trips of sand, stone chippings and other materials necessary for a smooth take off.

We will start molding our blocks on this site as from today. I will want to control and monitor the quality of blocks here so I will bring in some of my suppliers to start producing blocks for me here, using the sands I have bought for the purpose.

We started making our own blocks for use in this site since early this week, we have over 2000 blocks produced so far, and counting.......
