that is why Nigeria is a third world country tho, Bill Cosby and co were sentenced but here excuses upon excuses.Looking at how the Nigerian society is tailored and the burden of proof on victims in the Nigerian law i am not surprised it turned out this way. Even getting a conviction in a fresh rape case in Nigeria is nearly impossible not to talk of this type of case.
