95% of people who posted the above comments sound like they are scared of a common protest. If we continue doing this, this generation is as good as dead.

This is utter rubbish. The bill is meant to clean up social media (that is if it goes into effect in the first place). There are too many false stories littering cyberspace. It should also put Cyracius Eze-something out of a job.

What law is meant to jail the looters and has it been applied?

What is good for the Goose is good for the Ganders. Why not first of all creating and enforcing the bill for DEATH penalty against our heavily CORRUPT LEADERS first. You can't kill a tree from the branches

It is the job of the people to find such a law more important than regulating social media. I clap when the government does well and jeer when they act stupid. This law is fine with me.
Re: Social Media Bill: Protests To Rock National Assembly by Kylekent59: 11:39am On Nov 27, 2019
wow! impressive

Imagine 26 million Nigerians rounding Aso rock, shouting, "Fulfil your campaign promises or else we will come, there kick you out and start a revolution"

Sense would tell you it is 26 million Nigerians vs about 2 thousand security men guarding Aso rock.

Who would win??

Do you think they will shoot?

It is very easy to transform this country in 6 months only if we all come in unity and speak in one voice.

We can't vote them to control us, but for they "politicians " to agree to our request

Even Buhari and his Abba. K would shake.

What she is trying to say is that ,Nigerians doesn't seems ready to fight this battle yet.
That is why you see different options everywhere.
We don't have a common voice yet.
You will be amazed to see somebody that is suffering but at same time supporting these politicians ,then you begin to wonder....Maybe his suffering is not yet on the next level.

Until everyone of us is able to identify and believe that all the politician are the source of our problem, I tell you, this type of exercise is effort in futility.
And if anyone goes there ,gets shot and die...my dear you died for nothing.
Nobody will remember you.
