Things are really different here than to Lagos, too expensive materials only cement seem cool,no TMT rods and many more challenge.
On this hand we will readjust some certain things for more better work.

The soil is a loose loamy soil where other buildings are seating on(2storey,1storey and bungalows respectively), taken more caution on ours in sharing all loads accurately.

@Timtol nice work but you did not tell here the total cost of this project and you are talking high cost of materials in PH
