Amazing savings with the mix of 1:3:4 with 45bags for a whole german(oversite concrete).
After a week delay per the road construction we resume back with speed as the German ends in less than 4hrs...men here are stronger than Lagos men lol

Day 3 block work end works, formwork for lintel starts and iron works kicks off.

There's variation in the estimate as a result of the "plinth" done and other prices of some materials.
