Oga, follow your first comment and not the second or third. I said, DONT COMPARE with other companies when you have no idea about their salary structure. Then I went on to give an example of someone paying 1m people 5k to someone paying 3k people 250k/month. Their is a huge difference. Its simple, and if you cannot understand my point then sorry, cant help further.
