This is the same Zamfara that earmarked 300mil for Special Ramadan package?
That state needs to be excommunicado from Nigeria, very unserious state.

So the governor portrayed his predecessor as a greedy and corrupt villain, meanwhile he's misplacing priorities all over the place, earmarking billions for mosques and government house, in one of the least developed states.

Leader of the poorest state in Nigeria wants to spend N7billion for the office of few individuals.

They suppress their people with sharia law to impoverish them and kill their right to know.

Bad leadership.

khalifjgusau:
The site presently occupied was actually Gusau Local Government Secretariat annexed temporarily as state “government house” and given tantative architectural reshuffle pending the erection of befitting government house complex. With the construction of the new government house, the present temporary site will be an extention to be used in place of the rented offices and that will save huge cost.

This unfortunate situation led the previous administrations to rent offices in Gusau and incur heavy financial burden on the government. There is presently Eight Hundred Million Naira (₦800,000,000) backlogs left by the immediate past administration on office leases. Now, imagine the how huge the cost implication will be if the government continue to use rented offices.

You made some valid points.

But on another note I will be critical of the former governor Abdulazeez Yari for approving pension for himself by using his influence on the Zamfara state house of assembly.

I see you are a media personality on Zamfara matters.
Can you please, tell us the budget of Zamfara for health and education in the 2020 budget.

Can you also tell us the maternal mortality rate of Zamfara state, the enrolment rate of school children and what plans the Governor has to take Almajiri kids off the streets of Zamfara.

The IGR of Zamfara for the entire 2019 was 7.2 Billion Naira. In 2020, Zamfara wants to use 7 Billion Naira to build a new Government House. Khalifjgusau, Is that a sensible thing to do?
media attack dogs don't care about what is sensible or right.
They only care about their monthly stipend and life because they are under oath to always defend their pay masters no matter what.
Mannabbq, sarki, helinues etc are good examples of these media attack dogs.
They live in this forum and happen to be the first to comment on any issue that concerns their paymasters.
You can start watching them from today.
