The government have the BVN of all NIgerians who are not up to 40% of our population, why don't you make transfers to these accounts, because the dependency chain in Nigeria is a very long one. Asking these individuals to disburse the money, it will end up in their own a/cs. Or let them go to these companies that has casual workers who work 12 hrs and earn 1k per day, that the government closed those companies and they don't have any other source of income as they will have nothing to eat for this 2 wks.
