they refuse my visa on following points:

2. file not complete, missing hotel reservation.
plz reply what can i do now .what is procedure of appeal and give me adress of Commission for French Entry Visa Refusal Decision, can i again apply for visit visa with complete documents, can visa section in pakistan will review his decision?

onyekakene: I need help my Brother is invitin me to Germany for A month visit a (German Citizen)..He's sponsorin my trip both Health insurance & they also ask him to deposit 2000euro in case if i refuse to go back.. Plz i wnt to know if they'll still require any personal documents from me at d embassy.. & Also my chances with a virgin PP.

Yes they will require personal documents from you,they need to know that you will be returning to Nigeria after your visit,you have to submit documents that you have strong ties to Nigeria.If you are unable to satisfy the visa officer that you will be returning to Nigeria,you will be refused.

Your brother is only guaranteeing your board, lodging, financial support etc,the onus is entirely on you to prove you will be returning to Nigeria.

Accordin him that d embassy might not require any documents from me b/c he's backin me with his documents And d 2000euro they ask him to deposit in d bank in case if i overstay d visa,he'll be taken to court & also sieze d money. naaman: I applied with my wife and kid for tourist visa to czech republic on 26th of april 2012. the embassy received the invitation from spa hotel for my wife treatment, and after we submitted all the supported documents it was refused yesterday and the reasons:
1-the information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and condition of the intended stay was not reliable.
2-your intention to leave the territory of the member states before the expiry of the visa could not be ascertained.

option was given us to appeal or reapply.
please advise which the hotel confirmation is on 12th of june.

donpaulobig: i apply for a netherlands shengen visa on behalf of french embassy from vfs and i was denied the visa twice...the first time i apply was early october last year 2011..my first shengen visa rejection was understandable because i was not having a job and i rely on my elder brother finace who is the host and stay n the netherlands...my elder brother brought me his bank statement as a sponsor..i was denied d visa for three reasons..one of it is my financial support...i did not appeal it because i think the visa was denied bec i was not having a job...luckily for me i got a new job november last year as a project manager in company with good salary...this year after 6 months of working i decided to apply for a visitin visa to my elder brotther in the netherlands...my brother sent me an invitation letter,heath insurance,ticket reservation etc to visit him for a month...on my part this time i provided my employment letter,approved leave of abscence,introdution letter,bank statement updated recently,three months pay slip..i was having enough money in my account because iam well paid.this time i was shock that my visa was denied with the same reason i got denied last year octber 2011 when i was not having a job....nairaland,is[b] it that once u were denied a visa before,then anytime u apply again u will still get the same rejection..[/b].here are the reasons for the rejection even though i have money in my account as follows..1 you hv not provided proof of sufficient means of subsitence,for the duration of the intended stay or for the return to the country of origin or residence,or for the transit to a third country into which you are certain to be admitted,or u are not in a

Hi There, few days ago I got a refusal for the same reasons the last memeber is presenting. Can anybody explain to me what is needed to make this file complete. my mistake is that i didnt include the proof confimation of the payment for my month course, since it was mentioned in the invitation that i'm staying for a month in paris. I'm struggling to understand these two reasons since they dont provide any demonstration. My second question is reapplying for a france visa can be only done like 2 months later ad i dont want to lose my time. [b]Can I apply for a spain visa right away without waiting for two months [/b]or I have to since it's a shengen visa as well. But first I would like it if you explain guys to me what do they mean exactly by these two reasons!

I have applied for the France visa as a short stay, it got refused, The reason state behind this as per them they say:- 1) Justifaction for the Purpose and conditions of the intended of stay was not provided.
2) the information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and consitions of the intended stay was not reliable.

Can you please please Guide me what do I need to do now, as I was travelling there as a training purpose.
As on the refusal letter, on the bottom they have mention to Appeal against the decision, or do you think is better to submit again fresh new application. 
Please help me out.
As I have google about the appeal procedure, as it is not clear..and also I don't know how can I appeal and what document I have to provide then for the appeal.
I am completely blank, very confused what to do.

These are the 2 reasons I mentioned in my previous comment ....Can anybody explain what do they need exactly?

In that case,i think you should appeal.If everything you stated above is true,you have a very good chance of winning the appeal.You can write the appeal letter yourself,there is no specific way to write it,address it to the right authority (details should be given to you by the French embassy).Explain to them in the appeal letter how important the training you are going for is to you as well as your organization,as you have stated above,you have your client base in Europe and you need to meet them from time to time due to the nature of your line of business,and as a newcomer,let them know you have to understudy your senior colleague and that is the reason you want to travel with him.You can also let them know how long your company has been in business,how much you earn,if you are married,or have kids let them know that as well,if you have any landed property,real estate to your name,let them know that also,this will further support your claim that you have close ties to your country.

All in all,it's not rocket science,just tell them the truth and support it with all the relevant documents you can lay your hands on,if your customers in Europe can write you a recommendation letter or invitation letter,it will also help.
