Government of borrow borrow .

They've borrowed from almost all the countries and financial institutions of the world yet, nothing to show for it.

This APC government is the worst Nigeria ever had...
So much incompetence.

Apc has created sm long-term projects and infrastructure bt wasted astronomically on their poorly planned short term projects and bad policies.

Pdp on the other hand had it all bt did nothing also, abandoned projects littered everywhere, mass looting, brilliant minds bt greed and gross indiciplince won't let them do any good. Laziness caused by greed and corruption either kept us stagnant or took us back.

I don't care if u loot as long as u get shit done. These ones are looting and doing nothing. Our legislature enriching themselves and doing meager constituency projects if at all any.

Governors building elephant projects and low quality roads and infrastructure. While eating fat

It will never be well with our bad leaders.

Or is it their plans to sale this country? Please buhari stop borrowing money my country is so peace and without dramas before you came in as president but now I don't know what you want Nigeria to turn into. So you want this white country to start bringing their demonic practices into Nigeria in future because of debt abi me I don't want the rot of God to befall this country oo.

In close to six decade since we achieved "Independence", Nigerians have failed to define the terms of their engagement. We fought a brutal war in which at least 2million people perished in order to maintain the sanctity of the British country. Yet, those lives were wasted in vain, for we have yet to take seriously the task of inspiring the Nigerian space with meaning and values. We have, so far, postponed if not altogether ignored the task of deciding what it means, at bottom, to be a Nigerian citizen.
The injustice of Nigeria consists in the parasitical greed of the Nigerian elite - yes, some of them from the oil-rich Niger-Delta, some from North, East and some from the West. Over decades, these unproductive leeches stole&hoarded the country's assets.

for the past 60 years what has Nigeria been doing crude oil sales yet poor infrastructure with little or nothing to show for our collective existence, yet they are still borrowing to fund their greed and corruption, its funny when I see Nigerian govt presenting budget, budget for what does our educational, health ,infrastructural sector etc looks like anything that money is been spent on after borrowing that much what difference will it make would Nigeria get quality healthcare no,its still gonna be the same old dilapidated structures.

Mccullum:

Please don't vex, what are the templates those countries you mentioned applied?

They linked borrowing to profitable investment in factories and manufacturing. The factories paid for infrastructures and paid back the lenders.

We need to start questioning the capabilities and competence of The Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Mrs Zainab Ahmed.

its sad that we are not getting anything from our nation's collective wealth, but what is more worrisome is you selling the future of the next generation for your selfish evil ways.

The average south Westerner does not care about good governance. They only care about, " My brother is in power "..

Yet when their brother is a highly educated elite who is non partisan, South West won't support him.

Why exactly did Yoruba people vote Buhary again in 2019 ? Osinbajo is our brother.

This is pathetic even when they know the figure head has nothing to offer.

Buhary lacks the mental capacity to even apply 1.5odd to increase revenue. It's all about spending and borrowing. Once Covid 1 - 9 is over, he starts travelling again.

,seunmsg, BMC handlers, you can see it now that your vegetable Mr integrity paymaster is always borrowing, and he who rely on borrowing must go on sorrowing. Question: since he has been borrowing, are there significant changes in the citizens lives? Real infrastructural dvpt so to say? Look at chadian president doing the needful on terrorists. Yours is lookin 4 how to borrow and mortgage the bright destiny of our futures and children to oblivion. In fact, we are all saying that as General let him join Idris Derby immediately to decimate BH boys so as to get that money from American TRUMP rather than borrowing undecided

Later you want them not to ban beggars in their fully clean and electrified cities.

No solution for covid. Just go around begging. Tufia.

All the govt. keep telling Nigerians is how they intend borrowing huge sums of money from a number of foreign financial institutions; but I have never heard or read of the govt plan(s) or measures in place to repay the huge sums. Or do they just want to borrow and squander this sums and leave the burden of repaying these loans to the next administration. May God help Nigeria.

The quote below is from Abba Kyari, from the book by Karl Maier: "This House Fallen: Nigeria in Crisis.

¨With thirty-six states, we have thirsty six governors, thirty-six deputy governors, an infinite number of permanent secretaries, political advisers, members of state assembles to the point that 90 per cent of the stat´s entire income goes to service these people, who all live in the state capital and constitute an insignificant part of the population.¨

The state structure is literally taking all the money for itself and (that) which that there is no education, no health services, and an abundance of illiteracy and poverty. as long as you keep the structure going, you are going to have problems in Nigeria. It translate into social and political instability and it is thrown into ethnic and religious fault times.

¨If we do not solve the educational problem in the next fifteen years, we are just going to be slaves and nothing else, perhaps not to chains and nothing else, perhaps not with chains but it´s as good as good as slaves.

Nigeria has allocated all the national debts on paying salaries and imports or in another word consumption.
