I am not a doctor but maybe you need blood purify tonic. Your blood fit dirty.

Even if you take antibiotics, you must take it on empty stomach i.e two hours before food or two hours after foods.

have you done infection test with semen?

Go see a dermatologist, you could be required to do a culture test but after that, you'd know what exactly is wrong.

If you've not gone to the hospital, self medication might not help you. Meanwhile, increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables.

It's hormonal
You need two things.
Get yourself some zinc
and neem oil wash your face and apply twice daily.

Try Coconut oil or
Longrich charcoal soap and toothpaste

Apply the toothpaste over your face 1hour before you bath

This is a severe type of Acne Vulgaris(pimples by laymen). Acne occurs in areas with high concentrations of sebaceous glands(the oil producing glands in the skin), hence the involvement of your face and pubic/perineal areas.

Factors responsible for acne include hyper proliferation of the follicular epithelial cells, excessive sebum/oil production, inflammation and infection of the follicles by a bacterium(not fungus) called Propionibacterium acni.

Your treatment regimen must be able to address at least 2 of these causative factors.
For this severe type, combination therapy is needed, consisting of a topical agent(cream) and an oral medication.

Propionibacterium acni does not respond to Cefuroxime(self medication is self deception).

You can use topical 5% Benzoyl Peroxide(Acnicide) + oral Doxycycline OR Acnicide + oral Isotretinoin.
Treatment should be followed patiently, and may last for over 4weeks. There's no magic wand for Acne Vulgaris as some charlatans are advertising here.

Med lab, tell them that you want to do infection test (culture for men, HVS for women), they will give you container to pour discharge of semen/sperm to detect any infection (like staph, gonorrhea etc) . you can do test with your blood.
