Mohadana or whatever they call you,you are a piece of shit! So,you dont know the Igbos created the four days of the week which most southern groups like Edos,Igala and Idoma adopted and used....You mean to tell me you dont know that Uhribo borrowed "eke" market day and renamed it Eki ? You openned you rotten mouth to say Igbos cant lay claim to OKORO? What was the population of Uhrobo in the tenth century. Please dont you ever mention Igbo and Uhrobo in the same sentence....We know you are very biased and hates the Igbos. You have been writing nonsense about the Igbos ever sinse I can remember.

Hi people I am an urhobo but i can speak the language as I grew up in the UK , need somebody to be able to break down the basic sentence structure,All i know in urhobo is:

Mavo = how is it?/how are things?

Oyoyovi= im fine

Oghene = God

die=what

Uma we gare = are you well?

Biko = Please

Oyoma = Its nice

Ejo = No

Digwe = greet me/ you havent greeted me (you can only say it to somebody younger than you)

Migwo = (when you greet your elders)

Vrendo = Reponse from a elder when greeted by migwo

Shuoo!!! = it is said when you are suprised or amazed at something

Die wo ru rue = what are you doing?

Thats the extent of my urhobo, i may not even be 100% right on what i just said above,

i dont really know how to put a basic sentence together in urhobo or have general conversation and being able.to respond in urhobo

It would be nice to know how to speak my language so you urhobo experts on this thread please teach me abeg

My mum told me there are three dialects of urhobo which are Agbo, Isoko And Ovie, She said all are very similar and they can understand each other,

Greeting to elders in urhobo dialects

Agbo =Migwo

Isoko = Agwo

Ovie = Degwo

I may have confused it or got it wrong because this was a long time ago she told me this

i would preferably like to learn Agbo-Urhobo dialect which is the one my mum family speak,

I may be wrong about the different dialects aswell, Anyone who believes the information i stated above was wrong please correct me as I am a learner
